Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities promoting development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive learning environment.
• Take on Key Person role and build partnerships with families.
• Track and report children's progress through observations and assessments.
