Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication, organisational skills, and ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms to support children’s growth and learning.
• Lead educational activities aligned with the EYFS to support children's development across physical, emotional, intellectual and social areas.
• Act as Key Person to oversee development, care needs and maintain strong family connections.
