Job summary

Pippa Pop-ins is recruiting qualified Level 3 practitioners to join our brand new Princedale Road setting in Holland Park. You will provide high-quality care and EYFS learning for children aged 0-5, plan engaging activities, and work as part of a supportive team.

We offer a competitive salary, term-time hours with 40 or 45 hours per week (41.8 weeks), ongoing training, a pension, and a friendly working environment. A passion for early years and safeguarding knowledge will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent in EYFS
• Previous nursery/childcare experience
• Patience, empathy, and genuine love for working with children
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Knowledge of safeguarding regulations and childcare legislation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
• Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities to be stimulating and engaging
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Observe and assess children's development, identify concerns
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support individual needs
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
• Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Follow health and safety guidelines for well-being of all children
