Job summary

Pippa Pop-ins are seeking Qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Educators to join our nurseries in Fulham. Roles are full-time, term-time only with 40 or 45 hours weekly. Do not apply if seeking part-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
• Patience, empathy and a love for working with children
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices

• Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of safeguarding and childcare regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
• Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Observe and assess children's development and progress
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support individual needs
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
• Ensure the nursery is clean, organized and well-maintained
• Follow health and safety guidelines for children's well-being

Pippa Pop-ins are looking for Qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Educator's to join the team at one of our nurseries in Fulham!

Working Hours: 40 or 45 hours per week, term time only. We are looking for Full-time staff only for our term time only settings. Please do not apply if you are looking for part-time.

Qualifications needed for the Early Years Educator

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification - check on gov.uk to see if your qualification is full and relevant: https://check-an-early-years-qualification.service.gov.uk/)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
