Job summary

Little Dukes, the early years arm of the Dukes Education Group, seeks a Qualified Level 3 EY Educator for our Princedale Road setting in Holland Park, London. This term-time role is 40 or 45 hours per week across 41.8 weeks, delivering high-quality EYFS care to children aged 0-5 as part of a supportive team.

Candidates should hold a Level 3 EY qualification (or equivalent) with nursery experience; Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 EY Educator qualification or equivalent
• Previous nursery/childcare experience
• Patience and genuine love for working with children
• Knowledge of child development theories
• Team player with good communication
• Paediatric First Aid/ CPR preferred; safeguarding knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
• Plan and deliver EYFS-appropriate activities; ensure engaging learning
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Observe and assess children's development and progress
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support individual needs
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
• Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Follow health and safety guidelines for children's wellbeing

Pippa Pop-insare looking for Qualified Level 3 practitioners to join the team at the brand new Princedale Road setting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
