Pippa Pop-ins is seeking a Qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our brand new Princedale Road nursery in Holland Park. This term-time only role is permanent and full-time, with 40 or 45 hours per week across 41.8 teaching weeks.

You will plan and deliver EYFS activities for children aged 0-5, create a safe, nurturing environment, observe development, and liaise with parents and colleagues to meet individual needs. Knowledge of safeguarding and laws is important.

Formación

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and relevant childcare experience.
• Patience, empathy and genuine love for working with children.
• Knowledge of child development theories and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with parents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.
• Plan and implement EYFS activities that are stimulating and engaging.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for learning and growth.
• Observe and assess development and discuss progress with parents.
• Collaborate with staff to meet individual child needs.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress.
• Keep the nursery clean, organized and well-maintained.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to protect all children.
