Job summary

Fennies is seeking an Early Years Educator to create a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where children thrive. You will deliver high-quality education aligned with EYFS and Birth to 5 Matters, observing and supporting each child’s learning journey while building trusting relationships with families.

You will work with a collaborative team, ensure safeguarding, and contribute to a culture that values development, wellbeing, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development through engaging experiences.
• Deliver high-quality early years education in line with EYFS and curriculum.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive team culture.
• Observe, assess and support each child's learning journey.
• Maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards at all times.
