Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development.
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments.
• Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and the Fennies curriculum.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture.
• Observe, assess and support each child’s individual learning journey.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all times.
