Job summary

Fennies Day Nurseries Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Early Years Educator to help shape the early experiences that inspire a lifetime of learning. You will deliver high-quality EYFS education, support each child’s learning journey, and build strong relationships with families within a collaborative team.

The role offers a choice of a 4-day or 5-day working week. You will ensure safeguarding and health and safety standards at all times while contributing to a nurturing, inclusive

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development.
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments
  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and the Fennies curriculum
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
