Job summary

Fennies Day Nurseries Ltd is seeking an Early Years Educator to create a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive. You will deliver high-quality EYFS education and build strong relationships with children and families, while working within a supportive team.

The role offers a choice of 4- or 5-day weeks, a salary up to £31,000 with performance bonuses up to £1,400, and generous annual leave plus bank holidays. Free daily meals are provided from the Fennies Café.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Birth to 5 Matters frameworks.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences and moments.
• Deliver high-quality early years education in line with EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and the Fennies curriculum.
• Build strong relationships with children and families and collaborate with colleagues.
• Observe, assess and support each child’s learning journey.
• Maintain high safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times.
