Job summary

N Family Club in Twickenham is seeking an Early Years Educator for 11:00–15:00, Monday to Friday. You will deliver play-based learning using the N Curriculum, support daily routines, and build strong relationships with children and families.

Applicants should have early years experience, Level 2+ EY qualification, Paediatric First Aid, safeguarding readiness, and a can-do team spirit. The role offers competitive pay, a learning fund, clothing allowance, and loyalty rewards.

Our Early Years Educators should have…

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
  Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
