Job summary

N Family Club in Kingston upon Thames is looking for an Early Years Educator to deliver our play-based curriculum, support daily routines and build strong links with families. You will observe, assess, and plan for your key children while ensuring a safe, engaging classroom environment.

We offer a competitive salary (£28,808-£31,782), up to £750 annual bonus, flexible 4-5 days, up to 35 days holiday, learning fund (£100), clothing allowance (£100), enhanced family leave, and significant staff

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge are required or willingness to train.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines - from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families.
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times.
• Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice.
• Be a positive role model - collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas.

Our Early Years Educators should have...

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
