Job summary

The Lindens Nursery School in Sutton-in-Ashfield is seeking a part-time Early Years Practitioner to support babies, toddlers and preschoolers with play-based learning and caring routines.

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and apply our Storal curriculum while building strong partnerships with families. A Level 2+ EYFS qualification and EYFS knowledge are preferred, with flexible hours and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above is required.
• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years settings is essential.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
• Apply the Storal curriculum and pedagogy daily across varied routines.
• Bond with children and families through meaningful interactions.

How you’ll spend your time here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We’d love to talk to you if you have the following

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above
