Job summary

Storal is hiring for a part-time nursery role at Plumtree Nursery School. You will plan activities, observe progress, and provide personal care within a warm, play-based setting. The role uses the Storal curriculum to foster development while engaging families in meaningful moments.

The ideal candidate has an Early Years qualification (Level 2/3) and experience across ages, with EYFS knowledge considered advantageous. A community-focused environment awaits.

We offer a travel allowance of up to £50 per month for employees who live 5 miles or more from the nursery, or who need to travel 1 mile or more using public transport, calculated based on days worked.

How You’ll Spend Your Time Here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.
Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
