Job summary

YMCA Trinity Group in Lowestoft is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our Childcare setting. You will work initially with 2–4-year-olds, support daily routines, and help create a safe, inclusive, stimulating environment for all children.

The role is 24 hours per week, term-time only, with a 7:45am–4:15pm pattern on Wednesday to Friday. You’ll need Level 3 EYFS qualification, at least two years post-qualifying experience, and strong IT skills as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Qualified with full and relevant Early Years qualifications, or equivalent, minimum Level 3.
• A minimum of two years post qualifying experience.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Great IT skills and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the room.
• Providing high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
