Job summary

You’ll join YMCA Trinity Group in Ipswich as an Early Years Educator Level 3, supporting the day-to-day running of our EYFS room at Providence. This 36-hour-per-week role is across 4 days, term-time only, delivering high-quality learning experiences in a safe, inclusive environment within a friendly team.

Applicants need a Level 3 EYFS qualification, at least two years post-qualifying experience, strong EYFS knowledge, and solid IT skills to thrive in our supportive childcare setting.

YMCA Trinity Group is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare setting on Wellington Street.

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a joyful, safe, and stimulating environment for children to thrive? We’re looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant and supportive team.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the room and ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

What You’ll Do:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the room
• Providing high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS
• Working as part of a friendly, experienced, and supportive team
• Using your initiative while also taking direction when needed
• Bringing creativity, vision, and enthusiasm to your practice

Days and hours

You will be contracted to work 36 hours per week, across 4 days Term time only.

Salary and Benefits

£20,193.52
