YMCA Trinity Group in Lowestoft is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our Childcare setting. You will work initially with 2–4-year-olds, support daily routines, and help create a safe, inclusive, stimulating environment for all children.
The role is 24 hours per week, term-time only, with a 7:45am–4:15pm pattern on Wednesday to Friday. You’ll need Level 3 EYFS qualification, at least two years post-qualifying experience, and strong IT skills as part of a collaborative team.

At YMCA Childcare, we have an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team, initially based within our 2–4-year-old room, helping children learn, grow, and thrive.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the room and ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

This role is contracted for 24 hours per week and is term-time only.
The working pattern is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:45am – 4:15pm
A 30-minute unpaid break is included each day.
