Job summary

YMCA Black Country Group is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities for a key group within our nursery. You will complete observations, build strong relationships with parents, and support the ongoing quality of our provision in a safe, stimulating environment.

You will hold a Level 3 EY qualification and experience delivering the EYFS curriculum. This is a Term Time Only contract, focusing on delivering exceptional learning experiences for children aged 6

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Experience implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities for key group using EYFS.
• Complete observations and assessments to support each child's development.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, offering guidance.
