Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Ealing, London is seeking Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educators to join our agency and support nurseries across the area. This flexible supply role offers varied settings and the chance to make a real impact on young children's development.

You will work with children aged 0-5, plan and deliver engaging activities within the EYFS framework, maintain safeguarding and health & safety, and collaborate with nursery staff to ensure a nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
• Experience in nursery or early years setting.
• Good knowledge of EYFS framework.
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to obtain one.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
• Support planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Observe, monitor, and record children's development where required
• Work collaboratively with nursery staff to maintain a positive learning environment
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
