Job summary

Philosophy Education is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to support a range of nurseries and early years settings across the region. You will work with excited, caring teams to foster learning and development for children aged 0–5, following EYFS standards.

Whether you are an experienced practitioner or newly qualified, you will contribute to a nurturing environment, building strong relationships with children and families while ensuring safety and wellbeing throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children.
• Patient, reliable and organised.
• Confident building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging learning activities for children aged 0–5.
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observe and record children's progress.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Support children's care, hygiene and wellbeing needs.
• Work in line with EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
