Magic Round About Nurseries in Nottingham seeks a Level 3 Early Years Educator to design and deliver play-based learning rooted in EYFS. You will mentor junior staff, build warm relationships with children and families, and monitor each child's progress.

Safeguarding, welfare and health and safety are priorities. You may cover room leadership when needed and contribute to reflective practice and ongoing CPD in a supportive, welcoming setting.

Competenze

• A Level 3 EY Educator qualification or above.
• Hands-on experience in an early years or EYFS setting.
• Confident knowledge of EYFS framework, including observations and assessments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with children, families, and colleagues.

YOU MUST HAVE

A Level 3 Early Years Educator (EYE) qualification or above — this is a firm requirement

At least 2 years' hands-on experience in an early years or EYFS setting

Confident knowledge of the EYFS framework, including observations and assessments

The ability to communicate clearly with children, families, and colleagues

The right to work in the UK

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Design and deliver play-based learning experiences rooted in the EYFS

Mentor and guide junior staff in your room, sharing your knowledge and approach

Build warm, consistent relationships with children and their families

Track and document children's progress, flagging concerns early

Maintain safeguarding, welfare, and health and safety standards at all times

Cover room leadership when needed
