Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking an EYFS Practitioner to oversee the Toddler Room, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment and high-quality care and education. You will lead the team, deliver EYFS-aligned activities, and collaborate with parents to support children's learning and development.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification and nursery experience, with strong communication and organisational skills. The position offers a 40-hour week, in a dynamic childcare setting.

Position: EYFS Practitioner
Qualification Required: Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, working shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified early years professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and education while leading and supporting a dedicated team.

As Room Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Toddler Room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn and develop. You will lead by example, support your team, and work closely with parents to provide the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the Toddler Room on a daily basis.
• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Monitoring children's progress and maintaining accurate observations and assessments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
