Qualifications
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding — each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating learning environment.
- Take on Key Person role and build partnerships with families.
- Track and report children's progress through observations and assessments.
