Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering activities to support development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive learning environment.
• Foster strong partnerships with children and families as Key Person.
• Track and report progress through observations and assessments.
