Busy Bees Enfield is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our Good-rated Ofsted nursery. You will plan activities, support children’s development and foster inclusive, supportive relationships with families in a vibrant learning environment.

You’ll work as part of a caring team, contribute to Busy Bees’ Bee Curious curriculum, and help children build confidence, curiosity and independence through meaningful play and daily learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Level 3 EY qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment for learning.
• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities aligned with development goals.
• Build positive relationships with children and families and support individual development.
