Job summary

Kido International is hiring a Nursery Practitioner at Kido Chiswick Nursery & Preschool in London. This full-time position offers a 40-hour week and a salary of £27,500–£30,000 per year.

You will provide high-quality early years education, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to safeguarding and learning plans. Relevant Level 2/3 childcare qualification required; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) is essential.
• Level 2 English qualification acceptable if Level 3 achieved after 2014.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Be a consistent key person, offering comfort, stability and strong relationships.
• Observe and plan learning, recording observations to inform next steps.
• Use varied teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles.
• Create enabling environments that spark curiosity and exploration.
• Support SEND needs with families and professionals as needed.
• Safeguard children and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Carry out daily health, safety routines and risk assessments.
