Job summary

Kido New Malden Nursery & Preschool in Greater London is hiring an Early Years Educator. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a salary between £27,500 and £30,000 per year, offering a path for growth within a fast-growing international nursery group.

You will create a nurturing learning environment, build stable relationships with children, and plan developmentally appropriate activities while collaborating with families and professionals. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 minimum, with experience in Early Years.
• Level 2 Maths and English qualifications required if Level 3 obtained after 2014.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.
• Be a consistent key person, providing comfort, stability and strong relationships with your key children.
• Observe and plan learning by recording observations and planning next steps for development.
• Use varied teaching strategies to meet different learning styles.
• Create enabling environments that spark curiosity and exploration.
• Support SEND needs in collaboration with families and professionals.
• Safeguard children and report concerns following procedures.
• Carry out safety checks and contribute to health and safety routines.
