Job summary

Kido is recruiting an Early Years Educator for its Nine Elms/UK nursery project. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary range of £27,500 to £30,000 per year. You will help create a nurturing environment, support young learners, and contribute to a vibrant company culture as we launch a new nursery in 2026.

Applicants should hold a Level 2/3 childcare qualification. English qualifications at Level 2 are required if Level 3 was attained after 2014.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 minimum; Level 3 preferred.
• Level 2 qualifications in English with functional skills are required if Level 3 was obtained after 2014.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing environment where children learn and thrive.
• Be a consistent key person, building strong relationships with your key children.
• Observe and plan learning by recording observations and planning next steps.
• Use varied teaching strategies to meet different learning styles.
• Create enabling environments that spark curiosity and exploration.
• Support SEND needs with families and professionals.
