Job summary

Kido is hiring an Early Years Educator at our Chiswick site in London. You will create a nurturing learning environment, build strong relationships with your key children, observe and plan development, and adapt teaching to diverse learning styles while supporting SEND needs and safeguarding procedures.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a salary of £27,500–£30,000 and benefits including enhanced annual leave and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3).
• If you obtained a Level 3, Level 2 English with Functional Skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.
• Be a consistent key person to provide comfort, stability and strong relationships.
• Observe and plan learning by recording observations and planning next steps for development.
• Use varied teaching strategies to meet different learning styles and interests.
• Create enabling environments that spark curiosity and exploration.
• Support SEND needs and work with families and professionals for tailored support.
• Safeguard children by following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns.
• Carry out safety checks and contribute to daily health and safety routines.
