Job summary

Kido Chiswick Nursery & Preschool in London is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join a fast-growing international group. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a salary of £27,500–£30,000 and a chance to be a guardian of our values and a key person for children’s development.

You’ll hold a relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 minimum), have experience in Early Years management, and contribute to creating nurturing environments, observing progress, and supporting SEND needs.

Qualifications

• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 minimum) is required.
• Experience in Early Years management is preferred.
• Level 2 Maths and English qualifications (functional skills) if Level 3 obtained after 2014.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing environment for children to learn and thrive.
• Be a consistent key person for assigned children to provide stability.
• Observe and record children's development and plan next steps.
• Use varied teaching strategies to meet different learning styles.
• Support SEND needs and work with families and professionals.
• Carry out safety checks and safeguard children according to policy.
