Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2+ Early Years qualification or higher.
• Paediatric First Aid and willingness to train.
• Safeguarding knowledge or willingness to refresh.
• A passion for education and changing children's lives.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through the N Curriculum via play.
• Support daily routines from meals to naps.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a safe, clean and engaging classroom environment.
• Embed policies and procedures into daily practice.
