Job summary

N Family Club in Moseley, Birmingham, is hiring Apprentice Educators to gain hands-on experience while pursuing an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or 3). You will rotate around nursery rooms, provide safe, inspiring care, and progress into a qualified educator role upon completion.

Typically 4-5 days per week with flexible working options, a supportive team, and a clear path to qualifications and career progression within the nursery group.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, just a genuine passion for education.
• Positive, glass-half-full attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our learning-through-play ethos with care and flair.
• Support daily routines and transitions (meals, naps, play).
• Plan engaging learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Build strong relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision according to safety policies.
• Keep areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to apprenticeship path and achieve Early Years qualification.
