Job summary

N Family Club in Moseley, Birmingham, is hiring an Early Years Educator to be the heartbeat of the playroom, nurturing curiosity, creativity and confidence in each child. You’ll deliver the N Curriculum through play, with industry-leading training and resources to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2+ Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
• Support smooth daily routines—from meals to naptimes
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
• Ensure a safe, clean, engaging classroom environment
• Embed policies and procedures into daily practice
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share ideas
