Job summary

Swift ACI in Hornsey (London) is offering a paid Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. You will train while working with experienced nursery practitioners and gain a nationally recognised qualification, combining practical childcare experience with study.

You will support play-based learning, routines and a safe, stimulating environment, and you will observe and record each child’s progress as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No previous childcare qualification is required
• Previous experience with children (through work, volunteering or family) is beneficial but not essential
• Must be willing to complete the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) are desirable but not essential, as Functional Skills support can be provided where required

As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced nursery practitioners while completing your nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
