Job summary

Swift ACI in Hackney is offering a paid Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. You will work with experienced nursery staff while earning your qualification and helping to deliver high-quality care and education for young children.

Responsibilities include supporting learning through play, assisting with routines, observing progress and maintaining a safe, engaging environment. No prior qualification is required, and GCSEs in English/Maths are desirable.

Qualifications

• No previous childcare qualification is required.
• Previous experience with children (through work, volunteering or family) is beneficial but not essential.
• GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) are desirable but not essential, as Functional Skills support can be provided where required.

As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced nursery practitioners while completing your nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. You'll support the delivery of high-quality care and education for young children, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop.

Your responsibilities will include:
