Swift ACI in Camden is offering a paid Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. You will work with experienced nursery practitioners while completing your Level 3 qualification, delivering high-quality care and education to young children in a safe, nurturing environment.

Your duties include supporting learning through play, daily routines, observing and recording progress, and contributing to a collaborative nursery team during your apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• No previous childcare qualification is required.
• Previous experience with children (through work, volunteering or family) is beneficial but not essential.
• Must be willing to complete the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship; GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) are desirable but not essential.

Start your childcare career with a paid Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship based in Camden

As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced nursery practitioners while completing your nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. You'll support the delivery of high-quality care and education for young children, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children's learning through play-based activities
• Assisting with daily routines, including meals, personal care and outdoor play
• Promoting children's social, emotional and physical development
