Job summary

Swift ACI is offering a paid Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship based in Brent. You will work alongside experienced nursery practitioners while completing your nationally recognised Level 3 qualification, supporting high-quality care and education for young children in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will help with play-based learning, daily routines, and observe and record progress as you train.

Qualifications

• No previous childcare qualification required.
• Willing to complete Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship.
• GCSEs in English and Maths desirable but not essential; Functional Skills support available.

As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced nursery practitioners while completing your nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. Your responsibilities will include:
