Job summary

Woodland Wanderers Montessori Forest School Rickmansworth is offering an Early Years Educator Apprenticeship. You’ll support learning and development, build relationships with children and families, and work within a team to provide a safe, stimulating environment.

Training toward the Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship will be delivered by Best Practice Network. The program runs 18 months with 40-hour weeks, commencing at site in Rickmansworth.

You'll work alongside experienced practitioners, supporting children's learning and development while building the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in early years education.

About the Role

Location: St Mary's Church, Church St, Rickmansworth WD3 1JE
Salary: £9.00 per hour in the first year, National Minimum Wage for your age thereafter
Hours: 40 hours

- Monday to Friday. 7:30am – 3:00pm

- Term Time only

Apprenticeship Duration: 18 months

• Complete apprenticeship coursework and attend training sessions.

Training Provided

You will work towards theLevel 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeshipdelivered byBest Practice Network.

Your training will include:

• Virtual classrooms and webinars.
• Online learning and assignments.
• Work-based learning and portfolio development.
• One-to-one support from an apprenticeship tutor.
• Regular reviews and progress meetings.

No college attendance is required, as all training is delivered through a blended learning approach.
