Job summary

Lingfield Nursery School in Lingfield is offering an apprenticeship for an Early Years Educator. You will support learning, activities and play, while working towards a Level 3 qualification delivered by Best Practice Network.

This role includes 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on‑the‑job training and regular tutor reviews. No college attendance is required as training is blended, and you’ll gain invaluable experience in a supportive team dedicated to children's development and

You’ll work alongside experienced practitioners, supporting children's learning and development while building the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in early years education.

About the Role

Location: Bank Farm, Ray Ln, Lingfield RH7 6LJ
Salary: £8.00 per hour in the first year, National Minimum Wage for your age thereafter
Hours: 40 hours - Monday to Friday, 4 days a week, 8am to 6pm
Apprenticeship Duration: 18 months

Training Provided

You will work towards theLevel 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeshipdelivered byBest Practice Network.

Your training will include:

  • Virtual classrooms and webinars.
  • Online learning and assignments.
  • Work-based learning and portfolio development.
  • One-to-one support from an apprenticeship tutor.
  • Regular reviews and progress meetings.

No college attendance is required, as all training is delivered through a blended learning approach.
