Job summary

Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking an Early Years Worker (maternity cover) to join the on-site Aylesbury Day Nursery at our Aylesbury Campus on a fixed-term basis.

The role requires a diploma in Childcare and Education or NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education, with the ability to provide a stimulating environment for children aged 0–8 years. You will collaborate with parents to support each child's development and welfare.

Qualifications

• Qualified in childcare and education is essential.
• Experience creating a learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate children following the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Work under the supervision of the Head of Early Years Nursery/Pre-school.
• Create and maintain a learning environment reflecting the nursery's diverse community.
