Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is recruiting an Early Years Educator for Kiddi Caru Redhill. The role focuses on supervising and supporting children, delivering a play-based curriculum, and contributing to a nurturing, safe environment.

Offering a competitive hourly rate (£13.53–£14.62), regular pay reviews, a generous benefits package including 33 days annual leave, a pension scheme and a welcome bonus of £1000. Flexible working options are available.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children at all times
• Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
• Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for the children
• Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors and colleagues
• Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required

About Our Nursery

Our Approach

At Kiddi Caru Redhill, we follow a play-based, child-centred curriculum inspired by the Curiosity Approach, supporting children to explore, discover and learn through their interests. Our focus is on building confidence, independence and key early skills in a nurturing environment.

Located on the Watercolour development just outside Redhill town centre, our nursery is surrounded by nature, including the nearby Moors Nature Reserve, and is within easy reach of Redhill train station, ideal for commuting families.

Facilities
