Salary £26,437 - £28,808 (depending on experience and qualifications with regular pay reviews)

What you will be doing

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day‑to‑day duties.
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.

About Our Nursery

Our bright and airy nursery features four spacious rooms—Discoverers, Explorers, Creators and Inventors—designed to support children at every stage of development. Each room is filled with natural light and high‑quality, mostly natural resources to encourage learning and creativity. We are proud of our highly trained and dedicated team, many of whom hold Level 5 qualifications in Early Years education. They are committed to continually improving our nursery and ensuring the best possible outcomes for all children. Our expansive outdoor space includes two large grassed areas, with free‑flow access all year round so children can explore and enjoy the outdoors in all weathers.
