Job summary

Grandir UK Limited in Burgess Hill is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery team. The role focuses on caring for, supporting and inspiring children and helping them thrive every day.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Early Years Educator or similar preferred.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
• Understanding of EYFS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the EYFS.
• Provide professional feedback to parents about their child.

What will you be doing

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery

• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
