Job summary

N Family Club in Redhill, Surrey, is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the delivery of the N Curriculum through play, observation and meaningful interactions.

You will nurture curiosity and confidence in every child, work within a supportive team, and access industry‑leading training and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through play-based N Curriculum.
• Support daily routines from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, engaging classroom environment.
• Embed policies and procedures into daily practice.
• Be a positive role model, collaborate and share ideas.

Early Years Educators should have…

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
• Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
