Job summary

N Family Club in Bushey, Hertfordshire, is seeking an Early Years Educator to bring the N Curriculum to life through play, learning and meaningful connections with children.

In this permanent full-time role, you’ll support routines, design activity plans, observe and assess progress, and work with families to foster curiosity, confidence and a love of learning. We offer industry-leading training and rewards that reflect your dedication.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train.
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children; build strong relationships with families.
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment.

Our Early Years Educators should have…

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
