Job summary

N Family Club is seeking a passionate Early Years Educator for our nursery in Chertsey, Surrey. This full-time position offers a salary between £28,496 and £30,826 annually, along with a £1,500 welcome bonus and various perks including flexible working hours, a high annual leave allowance, and an extensive professional development fund. Qualifications

• Experience in early years education required.
• Must have a relevant qualification.
• Willingness to train in Paediatric First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support daily routines from meals to nap times.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations and assessments for children.
• Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness.
• Act as a positive role model for children and families.

Skills

Experience working with children in an early years environment

Level 2 or above Early Years qualification

What you’ll be doing…

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas

Our Early Years Educators should have…

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
