• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families.
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times.
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas.

As an Early Years Educator you’ll be the heartbeat of your playroom – nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child in your care.
