Langford Village Community Primary School in Bicester is seeking a passionate qualified teacher to join our ambitious and supportive team. We strive to make a real difference to children’s lives through an engaging, high-quality curriculum and a strong focus on nurture, resilience and lifelong learning.

We welcome both excellent ECTs and experienced teachers and offer opportunities for Phase Leader credentials for those who qualify.

What we are looking for:

• A qualified teacher (QTS required) with experience in primary education. We welcome applications from high-quality ECTs as well as experienced teachers.
• There is opportunity for individuals with the appropriate credentials to also apply for Phase Leader responsibility within the FSU. Please explicitly state in your application whether you would like to be considered for Phase Leader responsibility.
• The ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, positive approach to working with pupils, families, and colleagues.
• Someone who demonstrates high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement
• A reflective, organised individual who can work proactively, flexibly and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
