Job summary

Nala Global Ltd seeks an experienced Early Years Assessor to join an FE College team. You will manage a caseload of learners, carry out workplace observations and assessments, and support portfolios to progress through apprenticeships.

You will build strong links with employers and college teams, provide constructive feedback, and oversee learners to successful completion. An assessing qualification such as A1, CAVA, or TAQA is required, along with solid Early Years experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Early Years / Childcare occupational experience.
• Assessing qualification such as A1, CAVA, TAQA or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Early Years qualifications/apprenticeship standards.
• Previous assessing experience within FE, apprenticeships or training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Early Years learners.
• Carry out workplace observations and assessments.
• Support learners with portfolios and evidence.
• Conduct progress reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with employers and college teams.
• Support learners through to successful completion.
