Job summary

Nala Global Ltd seeks an experienced Early Years Assessor to join an FE College team. You will manage a caseload of learners, carry out workplace observations and assessments, and support portfolios to progress through apprenticeships.

You will build strong links with employers and college teams, provide constructive feedback, and oversee learners to successful completion. An assessing qualification such as A1, CAVA, or TAQA is required, along with solid Early Years experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Early Years / Childcare occupational experience.
• Assessing qualification such as A1, CAVA, TAQA or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Early Years qualifications/apprenticeship standards.
• Previous assessing experience within FE, apprenticeships or training is desirable.

Responsibilities

Early Years Assessor – FE College

We are working with a leading Further Education College looking for an experienced Early Years Assessor to join their team.

This can be full time or part time

The role will involve supporting and assessing learners completing Early Years / Childcare apprenticeships and qualifications, ensuring they successfully progress through their programme.

The role will include:

• Carrying out workplace observations and assessments
• Supporting learners with portfolios and evidence
• Conducting progress reviews and providing constructive feedback

• Supporting learners through to successful completion

We’re looking for someone with:
